How to leverage "Constructive Chaos" towards Calm and Clarity

Updated: Aug 5, 2020

A friend asked me how I was today. I candidly shared I was working to calm my chaotic mind. She seemed concerned and I reassured her that it was a "constructive chaos" 😅

It was indeed. After working on it, I gained much more clarity on my next steps. I felt more grounded and motivated, and certainly a burden off my shoulder and a clearer mind. I wouldn't have been able to get to this state if not for being fully awared of my chaotic mind and giving myself the space and time to feel into it.

Every chaos, when being acknowledged, has the potential to serve you as a constructive foundation towards calm and clarity.

It's similar to how confusion is a good start towards healthy questioning and exploration, for better clarity.

Many people go through life without realizing the chaos they are in (some actively ignore their chaos!), how then can they get out of it?

What if you could become the observer of your chaos, and guide yourself towards calm?

Jitters.SG helps you do just that. But first, you need to be highly conscious of the chaos you experience, at work, in life, family, relationships. Acknowledge and be grateful that it comes to your attention.

How else can we get to a state of calm not knowing what chaos means. How else can we start taking action without being aware of where we are at.

Once you are aware of it, just notice the pattern. When was the last time you felt the same way? Where else in your life do you feel the same way? If it's a recurring pattern, I invite you to be open to the wisdom of your subconscious to create lasting change.
